Deborah brings a strong background in arts and culture, most recently with the MGM Arts & Culture Department in Macau, where she worked on major projects including the 2025 China National Arts Fund Supported Project – “Talent Training on the Cultural and Creative Design of Maritime Silk Road”, Art Macao 2025 Special Exhibition – “cAI™ Lab 2.0”, the POLY MGM Museum pre-opening and inaugural exhibition, and several other notable art exhibitions. 

A University of Warwick graduate, she excels at turning client needs into actionable event plans, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution.
